Marti Guixe has designed Free Port cabinet for BD Barcelona Design. Free Port is a new cabinet with a modular piece of furniture made of container cubes, with diverse functions. They have dynamic both in their volume and in their position and finish. The modules Free Port cabinet is made with MDF. Exterior parts lacquered high gloss in white, interior parts and edges with veneer of different types of laminates similar wood. Doors in MDF lacquered high gloss on the outside and matt the inside. The shelves are made with MDF with veneer of different types of laminates similar wood. Legs in casted aluminum and steel tubes lacquered high gloss in chocolate brown. [Via]
