Yonoh creative studio has won the Prize Porcelanosa Interorismo 2010 for their project the River House. It is based on a small independent loft 70 m2 constructed on a river and applies a great hydraulic wheel to be supplied of energy. The houses divide in lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and small terrace. It has been prepared also with a porch of entry. The kitchen is 30 cms below the general level of the loft and the bedroom 30 cms above, which assisted also to the good separation of the spaces. The outside is redressed in two different types from granite, to emphasize the different zones already from out. Both the exterior terrace and the porch of entry are realized by Irocos’s wood. Big wheel, glazed and placed in housing, turned into a dominant element and provide intimacy to the bedroom in connection to the rest of the house. [Via]
Lily lighting was designed by Spanish company for Yonoh lighting manufacturer Fambuena and derives the brilliance of the lily flower to a level that is more enjoyable.This pendant lighting made by a delicate metallic structure and dressed in elastic fabric made in three different colors: white, red, and brown. When it opened, warm light flows via a semi-transparent material to make the feel comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
