Shylight has been exhibited at the Design Days Dubai 2012. Shylight is a lamp that hangs from the ceiling and hidden in a cocoon, designed by Studio Drift. It is based on the natural process in which the flowers attract and repel pollen collected by bees. When the lights came on fell out of its cocoon, open petals and float down, then closes again when it is turned off. LED brightness and speed of movement is fully programmable and can be controlled by the I-phone or I-pad. [Via]
