The apartment is more like a house with exposures and views running the entire north and south side of the apartment along both of its two floors. Most of the ground floor is open flowing space, with different areas bounded by the column and beam structure. Like the center of a pinwheel, the glazed stair cube serves focal point about which the living spaces of the apartment are dispersed.

The prominent panel detail of the dining room wall is a play on the carved façade of the Gio Ponti bureau in the entry. The touch of the home is still consistent with Venini glass wall sconces, Brazilian rosewood coffee table and vintage Danish pottery.
