SWAN Architectes is a limited liability architecture led by three co-managers associated architects (Serge Rodrigues, Ambroise Bera and Joachim Bellemin). One of its projects is Apartment Extrusions for Private Direct Drive which located in Montmatre, Paris. This charming apartment has no more than 25 square meters and spent 30 000 € TTC for budget. The housing organization is completely converted to open space and provide maximum natural light. The main wall of frame is perforated white and turned into a library that will serve as a filter between the bedroom and living room. Minimal and functional, these spaces are organized with cupboards in a set of projections cubist white and colored. [Via]

Interior Modern Duplex Apartment By Ike Kligerman Barkley Architects

Ike Kligerman Barkley Architects has designed Modern Duplex apartment in New York. The apartment is more like a house with exposures and views running the entire north and south side of the apartment along both of its two floors. Most of the ground floor is open flowing space, with different areas bounded by the column and beam structure. Like the center of a pinwheel, the glazed stair cube serves focal point about which the living spaces of the apartment are dispersed.

Mid-century modern infused interiors, consisting of mostly vintage pieces Sweden and Italy, completed the architecture not only of this Upper East Side duplex apartment, but of the Emory Roth designed modern masterpiece. The prominent panel detail of the dining room wall is a play on the carved façade of the Gio Ponti bureau in the entry. The touch of the home is still consistent with Venini glass wall sconces, Brazilian rosewood coffee table and vintage Danish pottery.

Kate Hume is a famous interior designers, she has completed the interior of the Moscow apartment. A pied-a-terre in the heart of the city, this apartment is an oasis of tranquility, comfort and luxury for a busy couple and their three children. Children’s room is a good interpretation of soccer, keeping the boys enjoy and not interrupting the interior design line. The white walls and cool entryway make this apartment an interesting living space and a gorgeous visual effect, with use a smooth palette of taupe and grey, highlighted with metallic which describe the gold of Moscow’s architectural. The beautiful Buddhist sculpture, the transparent or colored vases, and the artistic glass ornament, all bring the elegant and artistic personal touch of Kate Hume and show her as a true professional.
