Romano Marcato has designed a Brunch table for Italian furniture manufacturer, Lapalma. Brunch is a high table that visually light but very stable. Fluidity of the overall design is reinforced by a broad curve consists of two wooden surfaces with different radius to make only one honeycomb board that ensures the continuity of the wood fibers. Wider profile of the foot becomes thinner gradually as the curve to form the top. Other foot, made of aluminum provides a contrasting view. Brunch table is suitable for an unconventional residential project also for leisure and corporate environments, such as dining areas, cafes, breakout and reception areas, public spaces and bars.
