One of the Montis collection is the Dim Sum rocking chair designed by Simon Pengelly, the deliberate unusual design, that carries relaxation with a smile because a number of studies have found the act of rocking, releases endorphins in the body that result a calming and effect relaxing.
The shape of Dim Sum itself is unusual for a rocking chair. The name is taken from the form which is reminiscent of the spoon used for eating Dim Sum, the slim handle that flows into the wider spoon equal to the narrow back of the chair and the way it curves down into the shape of the arm and seat.
