Bistrot Cafe Table By Luca Nichetto

Designer Luca Nichetto has designed Bistrot for Casamania. Bistrot is a set of coffee tables, as its name, it taken from small bistro and brasserie tables that found along Parisian cafes. The major concept behind the typology of Bistrot is to pair a small base, which leaves room for people to move around it, with a tabletop large enough to contain more than just drinks. The Bistrot is created with a conical in base, as a response for the need of a center of gravity that capable of supporting the table’s rather large surface. It can be created in various materials, ranging from wood to laminates till stone. [Via]

Chariot is a serving trolley, designed by GamFratesi and presented by Casamania, during the Salone del Mobile 2012. Chariot is a side table made up of three simple elements: wheels, trays and structure. The wheels, which in general carts are usually small, are brought to the extreme size, becoming the iconic element of the project. The rubber profile is inserted into the wheels for easy movement; the two trays act as storage compartments. The structure is made of painted metal, trays and wheels in lacquered MDF or solid oak natural. [Via]

Lepel chair has obtained award with the label Interior Innovation Award – Winner 2013, an award organized by the German Design Council. The project arises from the desire of designer Luca Nichetto to collaborate with Casamania to make an effective product from different points of view. Lepel is a collection of soft seat, fully upholstered or leather. Skills and abilities of customize the finishing of the fabric used, the stitching on the view, make this chair is unique of its kind. The rationalization of space and of the production process is evident, in the strategic decision to maintain two molds for the backrest and the rear legs for the two chair and armchair versions and a single mold for the seat and the front legs. Fog Coffee Table By Odoardo Fioravanti

Odoardo Fioravanti has created the Fog table for Casamania. The Fog is a coffee table with a frosted glass on top and base in polyethylene. The etched glass distorts the images below, to make blur with foggy filters between the different spaces. The top of the Fog table apply this characteristic to blur the colored planes that form its base in different ways. The vision of the object offers a sensation of depth, with the colored area suspended inside. [Via]

Poliart Coffee Tables By Luca Nichetto

Poliart is a family of coffee tables designed by Luca Nichetto for Casamania to introduce an insight of the rich cultural identity of four of the most representative art centers of Europe: Paris, Barcelona, Venice and Istanbul. The basis of each of the four design support surface is bearing one of the city plan and in colors inspired by the culinary delicacies of the best known city. Venice is dark brown like the famous dish pasta al nero di seppia; Barcelona is saffron yellow like a vast dish of paella; Istanbul is white colour, typical of the sweet rose-flavoured Turkish delight and its dusty sugary coating; Paris is a deep rich red, bringing to mind steak tartare or the rich, ruby tones of French burgundy.

Luca Nichetto with poliart line would like to actively promote the cultural activity of these cities, by suggesting to the company of contribution a percentage of its profits to choose foundations and associations dedicated to rising of cultural activities in each of these urban centres. [Via]

Seating system that possible to realizes several forms only the various module positions side by side and makes different situation and atmosphere. The sofa structure has supported by metal and elastic belts with high density polyurethane padding. Extra cushions are padded in cotton wool. The backrests guarantee a perfect cushioned, are modular and can be used on all sides of the seat by means of the underneath positioned runners. [Via]
