Re-design of the Estereo’s Sofa by Luisa Albino

Luisa Albino, a student of Industrial Design at de National University of Mendoza, in Argentina has the project of furniture redesign. The project is about a re-design of the Estereo’s sofa.

At the moment Luisa Albino is doing an internship in Barcelona for an office furniture manufacturer.

Description from the designer about this furniture redesign:

This project is about a re-design of the Estereo’s sofa, seat that used to be produced by AG Land in the 70′s. AG Land (www.agland14.com) is an office furniture manufacturer based on Barcelona where I´m currently doing an internship.

The idea of the re-design was to give it a modern look but keeping its main concept and structure, so I decided to work on materials, finishes and forms!

It has wooden structure, which could be lacquered, and leather cushions.
