Tim Wigmore has created a salvage stool and exhibited at Salone Satelite 2011 as new collection Designtree studio. The Salvage stool explores the point of contact between a refined industrial aesthetic and a mixture of mellow timber dowel and woodshop/junkshop outcasts. Top a stool is consist of open aluminum grills tightly clamping turned timber legs. Stay together with three bolts, a stool is an exercise in mild knockdown design. This design allows for many options and variations in the height of the foot that correspond to your style. [Via]
