Morotai dining table from Carlo exclusively at Nusa Furniture is the winner of the 2008 Best of Year Award presented at the Guggenheim Museum in New York for category occasional furniture. This table is pushing the boundaries of design as art, while still maintaining all the functions. Three legged, tri lobbed, Morotai as the round table is very comfortable and gives a slight increase a sense of familiarity. Made from a very dense terrazzo of pure brass powder (also available in Aluminum terrazzo), this table combines the noble metal with a strikingly innovative design. [Via]
