Piero Lissoni has designed Ghiaccio chair for Porro, Italian company. Ghiaccio is lower and more comfortable armchair, softened by fabric cushions. Supporter frame features consist of a series of straight lines in different thicknesses, slightly bending, creating it pleasantly aerodynamic. Its round cylinder feet and the frame upholstery make it slender, intimate and friendly. The use of white stained ash creates the chair more lighter, looking vintage, and further stressed by the orange or red wool covering. The structure is in white, black, red stained ash or natural ash, covered in leather, eco-leather or fabric covering in all the colors of Porro sample collection. [Via]
