Bau is a sculptural pendant lamp designed by Vibeke Fonnesberg Schmidt who has combined color, composition and geometric forms in a unique and creative design. The Bau pendant lamp are built of circular pieces of plywood and manufactured by Normann Copenhagen. The design is based on interlocking geometric circles, sticking out in all direction. Bau has a direct pattern that is broken up by the discs colors, sizes, and center linkages, thus creating the lamp organic and alive in its expression. [Via]
