QisDesign is a leading Taiwanese tech company, which produces the beautiful table lamp, Aurelia. This lamp is made inspired by the amazing underwater creature, the moon jellyfish. Aurelia is the energy-efficient LED lamp offers not only a pleasure for your eyes but also your sense of touch. With a three-way “touch ring” dimmer, it enables easy luminosity adjustment. Glare is removed thanks to LED’s small-size characteristic, so that possible to conceal the LED in the middle.
Cooperation with Taiwan’s National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium, QisDesign learned various life forms of jellyfish. This produces a design that is proportional with the jellyfish, both literally and figuratively. The transparent double acrylic shades resemble the airy body of the enchanting animal, making a reflective and irresistible charm.
